Route for freight traffic to Katajanokka goes through streets Lahdenväylä – Kustaa Vaasan tie – Varastokatu – Sörnäisten rantatie – Pohjoisranta. From other main roads there is access via Kehä 1 or Kehä 3 ringways.

Viking Line freight check-in and forwarding office is located on the port area. Way in is through gate B. We offer service for our customers in export and import matters. It is also possible to make reservations for departures for the same day and next morning after opening hours of our freight booking.
Please note the regulations for advance inquiry and notification of dangerous goods given by the Port of Helsinki. Our freight booking will provide you with further information. Freight units carrying dangerous goods must leave the harbour area within two hours after arrival with the vessel. The route is the same as for other freight traffic.
