All external persons must have a travel ticket, which means they must board via check-in at the terminal and register as passengers. Travel bookings are made online or through a travel agency. As a checked-in passenger, one can participate in a maximum of one round-trip. The ship does not provide extra cabins to external persons. Guests who eat in the mess hall must have a meal ticket, which can be purchased at the information desk. You must also ask the purser for a Visitor card for your guests so they can access crew areas together with you.
If you have guests who wish to visit during port stays, they must be registered in the shipping company's Visitor Management system, which requires them to have a Visitor card to board. The purser or the shipping company's personnel department can handle the registration.
