In response to market feedback and our commitment to sustainability, we are updating the structure of biofuel surcharge to increase pricing transparency. This will help clarify the biofuel surcharge structure and ensure our services remain reliable and competitively priced.
The change will take effect on 1.1.2025. For those traveling with biofuel, the fuel surcharge, ETS surcharge and biofuel surcharge will be visible on the invoice.
We believe this new update structure will enhance our service offering and provide a clear and transparent way of pricing to biofuel surcharge. All surcharges will continue to be based on market pricing and updated monthly as before.
